Vyrde has been catatonic for 3 months to those in the 7th Garden and while Awyn awaits for her return he and others are continuing the good fight against the "gnomes" being turned into monsters throughout the known world. Each person has their roles but after events in volume 6 Awyn is no longer a simple gardener but rather an executioner to put people under Loki's curse out of their misery.

In this volume Loki challenges Vulpes, more details of he world outside of Garden 7 is exposed, questions about what makes a person human arise, and Dark Vyrde eventually returns with her recent acquisition to unlock memories within Awyn that have been previously locked away. Sadly we will have to wait to see what happens to Maria now that Dark Vyrde and now darker Awyn are ready for battle and Awyn's childhood friend must steel himself as Vulpes is ready to become his weapon for the upcoming battle.

My favorite scene in the book would have to be the accident causing Aisha who was obviously recovering thanks to Awyn and she ends up in his arms as Elizabeth comes in excitedly then closes the door suddenly and runs off with Aisha in pursuit to explain what happened. :)

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. Found this manga by accident while looking through SJ and decided to give it a try. It started out really strong, but got somewhat boring/tedious in the middle. The pacing for world building wasn't good, way too much info-dumping which made it hard to follow and get attached to characters.

I was not expecting the sudden turn of events in volume 7, and was worried it was going to turn into tropey isekai, but I was pleasantly surprised! I'm just so sad that it was put on hold (and will probably no

I was not expecting the sudden turn of events in volume 7, and was worried it was going to turn into tropey isekai, but I was pleasantly surprised! I'm just so sad that it was put on hold (and will probably not continue) now that I've had time to really get invested in the story.

Ntm I can't help but imagine how cool this would look animated 😅

It gets really philosophical in this volume. Trying to determine whether A.I. should be consider humans. The action has been getting much better as well. I'm glad I stuck to it, even though still disappointed.

Basically the mangaka decided to stop creating the series. They should have just finished it because it looks like it was getting towards its' conclusion. Probably would only need 1 or 2 more volumes. Honestly, it is so irritating that the Manga Industry does this so often.
